The building dates from 1909 and for a long time the Spanish royal family lived here whilst in exile and Thailand’s king also spent time living here. It is centrally located in the harbour district, between the lake and the city, and the transfer from Geneva airport takes less than an hour.
For conferences and events the Royal Savoy has a ballroom with capacity for 485 in theatre style. In addition, there is a meeting room for 300 theatre-style and are five break out rooms for 25-50 people.
The hotel has 196 bedrooms and suites, a spa and is set in extensive gardens. Dining options are the Terrace restaurant, where the main area can be divided into two areas, as well as an orangerie with adjoining terrace. The Sky Terrace, on the roof, has 360° views and has capacity for 100 guests.
