Nestled in 90 acres of wooded parkland, Macdonald Kinsale Hotel & Spa’s Rathmore Suite is set on the ground floor of the luxury 4-star hotel. With capacity from 40 to 300 delegates, the 210m2 space offers superb flexibility in terms of layout options, including threatre, banquet, classroom, U-shape, board, and caberet. It also offers panoramic views of Oysterhaven Bay which delegates can enjoy from its exclusive private balcony.
The conference and business facilities at Macdonald Kinsale Hotel & Spa include free Wi-Fi throughout, the latest audio visual equipment including LCD projectors and screens as well as disabled access.
Macdonald Kinsale Hotel & Spa’s events team is able to create bespoke team-building days for businesses in partnership with local activity specialists the Oysterhaven Activity Centre. Activities range from small team building events for as few as eight through to the ‘bobsled bonanza’ course building event for up to 100 delegates at a time.
Beyond the hotel’s premier meeting and conference facilities, guests have the opportunity to enjoy time for themselves in one of its 20 extra luxurious garden suites which have floor to ceiling views across Oysterhaven Bay, Jacuzzi baths, and private balconies or one of 70 bright and spacious luxury bedrooms.
The hotel also has a leisure and wellbeing centre with a luxury spa which offers Irish Ogra peat treatments, floatation beds, a sumptuous relaxation room, and ‘couples suite’.
