The Langridge Stand, which enjoys views across the city officially opened on the 20th of July. It was built to accommodate the racing business however it is now open for conference and events, as the race course aims to scale up its non-race day activity.
The main space within the new stand (the Royal Crescent suite) was designed by D5 architects and holds a maximum capacity of 300 in theatre style. The Royal Crescent suite also has a private roof garden which overlooks the racecourse finishing line which could also be used as a breakout space. There are also 9 further meeting spaces available in the Kelston hospitality stand.
The race course are hoping to double the number of non-race day events over the next three years, and has real focus on delivering this.
