Upon opening under the Mercure brand on May 19, it will have 1,015 units encompassing a mix of hotel suites and one- and two-bedroom apartments. In addition to the aforementioned hotel suites and apartments, its Barsha Heights property will boast an all-day dining restaurant with a shisha lounge, a health club, a spa and swimming pool, and approximately 4,300 square feet of meeting space.
