These include the 856-seat Rajmahal Theatre and the 1800 sqm indoor venue Encore MPV, can hold events with attendee sizes ranging from a handful to thousands.

An Aloft hotel is being built at Dubai City Centre Deira and it is due to open during the first quarter of 2018. The concept will be a cinema theme and the 304 bedrooms will have a large collection of movies, TV screens, projectors and enhanced sound systems, so guests can have a cinema experience. In addition, four themed suites are inspired by blockbuster movie themes from comic superheroes to super spies and Bollywood. The hotel will also house an all-season outdoor VOX cinema and multifunctional event space.
