Located in the seaside suburb of Vouliagmeni, approximately 16 miles south of Athens, the hotel will occupy the existing Astir Palace Resort, which consists of The Arion Hotel & Spa and The Nafsika Hotel, opened in 1967 and 1980, respectively. Currently undergoing a property-wide renovation and refurbishment, the redeveloped property will include approximately 300 rooms, suites, and luxury bungalows; a spa and recreational facilities; state-of-the-art meeting and event space; infinity pools and beaches; and a beachfront promenade.
