New Hotel Designed Like An Urban Home Opens In Distrikt Lazare
The new 4-star Distrikt Lazare urban Spa Hotel is set to opened in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, some 400 metres from the Saint-Lazare train station, on 24 August.
Situated in a lively cosmopolitan district with numerous concert halls and theatres, the Distrikt Lazare occupies a contemporary building that stands out from the Haussmanian architecture of the rest of the street. The 56 guest rooms and suites dominate the Parisian rooftops and have a New York loft feel with interiors that mix industrial style and bohemian features. Guests can choose from cosy rooms with or without a balcony to loft-style rooms with a terrace and a view of the Sacré Cœur.
On the ground floor, the Distrikt Lazare has a 25 m² reception room available for up to 12 people for private meetings in an intimate setting. That little extra? Direct access to the interior garden patio!
On the catering scene, there is a choice of an express breakfast or a buffet breakfast. In the afternoon, the bar takes on the atmosphere of a tea room with home-made pastries and later in the day aperitifs including the drink ‘So Distrikt’, representative of local regions of France. Breakfast, afternoon tea and the bar are open to non-resident guests.
