A new luxury hotel set in a restored Georgian terrace dating back to the early 1800s will open in London in 2020, it will form part of the highly-anticipated One Crown Place mixed-use development in EC2. The name of the hotel will be unveiled later this year, will sit alongside One Crown Place’s striking terracotta-clad residential towers containing 246 luxury apartments and 140,000 sq ft of office space.
The venue will launch in early 2020 and will span five floors across six Georgian townhouses which were designed by one of the most influential and talented architects of the 18th century, George Dance the Younger. Once launched the hotel will feature a 100 cover restaurant and bar, a private members club, a public-facing deli, art gallery in the lobby and a club lounge with a bar and an adjoining library room.
