What Top-Performing Destinations Are Doing Differently – And Why It Matters
The meetings and events industry has changed dramatically over the last few years. Destinations are no longer judged purely on hotel capacity, conference centres, or...

Bristol venue, EEF Venues Engineers’ House, has launched a new meeting space, The Fusion Wing. It represents a £135k investment and is the first big project backed by the group’s recently launched ‘Engine Room’ investment fund.
The new wing has been created through the repurposing of existing office and administration space within the venue, to create seven new meeting and training rooms, conference space, and breakout space. Colour is an overriding theme of the new space, with rooms named Orange, Purple, Pink, etc.
The launch of the Fusion Wing is the first in a series of new openings and refurbishments taking place across the EEF Venues group. The company recently launched The Engine Room as part of its promise to ensure that the group continues to invest in its product and can handle all meeting and events enquiries.
