The result reveals the impact of industrial strikes, rising costs, recruitment challenges and more on our sector.

The event, organised by Northstar Meetings Group and chaired by Holly, hosted 15 female event professionals. The discussion focused on topic of menopause in the workplace.
Holly’s follow-up feature mentions a report by the Fawcett Society. The report found 10 per cent of the 4000 45-55-year-old women surveyed left their job because of menopause symptoms. These numbers come at a time when our industry needs more experienced professionals. So, how can we support women to stop them from leaving the talent pool?

We don’t make appointment matches, so it’s entirely down to the buyer who they want to meet with, and with the three attendance options it provides more flexibility for those tight on time.”
