Jacqui is committed to driving up standards and delivering innovative solutions in the hospitality and events industry. With a proactive, entrepreneurial and enthusiastic approach, she is passionate about raising the bar in our industry. As the CEO of EDGE Venues, Jacqui is leading the charge in providing a cutting-edge global venue sourcing solution that supports agents, corporates, and associations. Previously, before selling it, she served as Managing Director of Trinity Event Solutions, one of the fastest-growing venue finding and event agencies in the UK, where she focused on elevating industry standards and delivering exceptional event experiences.

While not a tech geek, Jacqui is a strong advocate for event technology, driving solutions through software development. Jacqui is especially excited to introduce EDGE Venues, a revolutionary platform for global venue sourcing.

Scott joined the team, having worked in the hospitality, business travel management and tech sectors for over 25 years. It seemed like the perfect opportunity to combine his passions in a forward thinking and industry leading organisation. Previously working with the likes of American Express Global Business Travel, Hogg Robinson Group and various hotel groups such as Marriott Hotels, DeVere, Best Western and Village Hotels. All in commercial roles managing domestic and global sales teams, global and domestic hotel programmes and corporate and agency engagement. He is responsible for running the business and the commercial operation of the business, leads on commercial strategy and client engagement.

His passions ‘out of industry’ include foreign travel, country walks and when time and finances allow visiting as many Michelin starred restaurants as possible !!!

Anthony brings over 15 years of experience in developing and delivering IT solutions, coupled with a decade of business consulting for major corporations, including VW Group, BT, Unite Students, and Asda Walmart. His unique ability to bridge the gap between technical expertise and business needs has been a hallmark of his career.

Most recently, Anthony has successfully launched multiple commercial SaaS products, demonstrating his keen understanding of the evolving tech landscape.

Emma is our Director of Operations & Business Intelligence, responsible for overseeing the daily operation of EDGE, and maintaining the reports and analytics, that support our EDGE Venues Community and our internal team.

She originally joined EDGE as part of Cat’s Data & Retentions Team, before moving across the role of Business Data Analyst, using her experience in supporting venues to ensure the information included in our analytics is relevant and understandable.

She is a pun artist, and outside of work, enjoys good walks, good food and good company!

Karen has joined EDGE in February 2026, bringing a wealth of experience in the events industry, having worked previously with Jacqui at Trinity Events Solutions.

With a range of experience across events, sales and business development Karen’s brings valuable experience in helping people find the right solutions for them, through a consultative approach.

Outside of work, Karen is highly active as President of the Stamford Women’s Institute, where she helps raise funds and awareness for women’s issues while organising events for a thriving membership of over 100 women. She also enjoys attending festivals and going on trips away whenever she can.

Before joining EDGE Ian held numerous IT related positions starting back-in-the-day with managing an internet service provider which included listening to and interpreting the rhythmic tones of dialup modems.

Ian’s role is varied, he facilitates and maintains the EDGE IT systems as well as supporting with creative AV in digital marketing and EDGE’s Knowledge Hub video production.

…he facilitates the facilitators, helps old ladies cross busy streets and fights crime in the bustling metropolis of Stamford. *Not all these things are true, but a legend has to start somewhere. A phrase Ian tries to live by, and as Mad Max used to say, “machines get you 80% perfect, use skill and attention to detail to find the rest”.

Paul joined in early 2026 as Finance Director looking to support EDGE with it’s ambitions to drive forward and grow.

With over 20 years of experience in the accounting industry, Paul brings deep financial expertise and a steady, strategic approach to his role as Finance Director. He has a proven track record in driving financial performance, implementing robust controls and processes, and supporting sustainable business growth.

Outside of work, Paul is the coach of a kids football team!

A returning member of EDGE, Claudine originally worked with EDGE back in 2019-2021 as the Sales & Marketing Director, and rejoined in January 2026.

Heading up the sales team focused on venues, groups, and destinations, Claudine’s experience in sales brings a great captain at the healm of the sales team, and has helped to implement a more consultative approach to the sales process.

Helen joined EDGE as the Marketing Manager in October 2025, looking to bring her wealth of experience in both agency, and client-side marketing roles.

An enthusiastic and dedicated marketer, she draws on her broad expertise to bring creative ideas to life across the full marketing mix, brand strategy to tactical campaigns, to both attract and retain customers.

She’s passionate about collaboration, managing projects that make an impact, and finding fresh ways to connect with and inspire audiences! 

Since joining EDGE Venues from its birth as Data Manager, Cat has seen so many positive changes and developments with the platform. Previously she worked for 20 years in the travel industry, which allowed her to experience so many wonderful places all around the world.

Cat looks after the EDGE Data and Retention Team, helping to deliver, not only great data, but supporting venues to make the most from their EDGE profiles. Cat thoroughly enjoys developing great relationship with the EDGE Team and all the users on the platform.

When not thinking about EDGE, Cat loves spending time with her family, reading, watching a good old horror and falling down the rabbit holes on social media.

Felicity started with EDGE as Retention & EDGE Specialist, having come from a property lettings background. She looks after a variety of venues, co-hosts the mini expos, where EDGE + members venues get to present to our fulfilment agency, and also maintains the platform and profile data, so she is your point of contact for any queries about the platform and profiles.

In her spare time she loves singing and dancing with her local musical theatre group, watching films, playing the piano, and spending time out and about with her family.

Jack joined EDGE as a Marketing Executive eager to take on an exciting new opportunity in the marketing industry.

Previous experience in IT, paired with his personal interests means he brings an element of technology and creative thinking to the drawing board, hoping to create great campaigns and drive leads to the sales team.

Jack is a huge fan of motorbike riding and racing, having taken many trips around the UK and Europe following MotoGP and British/World Superbikes. If not at a racetrack or at work, you can find him in a coffee shop, in his home office writing, or playing the guitar. Although he was born in the new millennium, he maintains the belief he should have been born in the early 1900s, and so enjoys the fashion, music and aesthetics of the time.

Connie joined EDGE along side the Customer Success Team, before moving across the the sales team as a Sales Executive, eager to take on an exciting new opportunity in the Events and Venue Industry.

Previous experience in a telemarketing office, along with her strong teamwork skills and excellent phone etiquette, means she brings a supportive and people-first approach to the team. 

Outside of work, Connie is passionate about travel and has spent time exploring the world, immersing herself in new cultures and experiences. She loves visiting new countries and finding inspiration in the world around her. A creative at heart, she enjoys doing her nails in her spare time and finds joy in fashion, beauty, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Connie enjoys staying active, often unwinding at the gym or heading out for a run. Her energy and dedication carry through into her work, bringing focus and motivation to everything she does.

Josie joined EDGE after studying Physiology at the University of Newcastle, looking to develop some work experience. After spending some time learning about EDGE and doing some great work, an opportunity to move into the role of sales executive presented itself.

Josie was eager to learn and take on new opportunities, and so is learning everything she can from Erin and the team, whilst also building connections within the M&E industry.

Outside of work, Josie enjoys running, attempting to go to the gym, socializing with friends, walking her dog and travelling outside of the UK whenever she can; most recently spending 6 months of travelling across south-east Asia and Australia.
