The Dear Hotel is a new 4-star boutique hotel close to Madrid’s Plaza de España, offering accommodation in the heart of the city.  It is situated at number 80 on Madrid’s Gran Vía, in a 1945 building that still retains some of the distinctive architectural features of the period. Of the 162 rooms available to guests, there are nine suites on floors 10 and 12 which offer the best views over Plaza de España and Casa de Campo Park.  All of the rooms are outward-facing, with views of Plaza de España or Gran Vía, and some of them even have individual balconies.
