Two new properties in Dubai for InterContinental
InterContinental Hotels Group have added to new properties to their portfolio in Dubai; Crowne Plaza Dubai Business Bay and InterContinental Residence Suites Dubai Business Bay.

Due to open in 2019, the Crowne Plaza will be located in the Business Bay Canal close to the Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall and will boast of 290 rooms and suites, all day dining options, an outdoor infinity pool and a gym.

The InterContinental will be located in the Bay just across from the Crowne Plaza and will serve as an ideal residence for those seeking a home in Dubai’s luxury lifestyle and commercial hub  – offering 30 studios, 60 one bedroom, 60 two bedroom and 60 three bedroom suites.
