Split over two floors (the Gallery and the Studio), there are nine function spaces hosting up to 235 delegates in total, or 100 in the largest.  Some of the features of the new generation meeting space includes, modern On the Move food and beverage experiences, interactive breakout space in the Studio and Gallery areas, and secure wireless internet connectivity throughout. The Marriott has also introduced the Red Coat Direct App, which creates instant communication between the event planner and the hotel team, which means that organisers can manage your event without ever leaving your seat. The App deals with real-time requests for coffee refills, room temperature changes. It is sent by the host hotel three days before the event begins and is available in 20 languages.
