North Western Hall Liverpool Set To Be Converted Back Into A Hotel
Grade II-listed North Western Hall in Liverpool is to be converted back into a hotel, the property, adjacent to Liverpool Lime Street Station, has been used as student accommodation since 1996
The venue had previously been the North Western Hotel, one of the founding family of ‘grand railway hotels’ which includes The Midland in Manchester, St Pancras in London and The Balmoral in Edinburgh, will be completely transformed before opening in mid-2019. The number of rooms within the converted hotel could range from 180 to 230, with the potential for an F&B offering.
