The Grand Harbour Hotel in Southampton offers the largest conference space with accommodation in central Southampton. The Mayflower Suite seats 500 theatre style with 8 additional meeting rooms and 173 bedrooms. A 4 million pound refurbishment was completed in June 2014 of all 173 bedrooms, meetings space, Boardwalk restaurant and Hamtun bar.
