United Arab Emirates-based Nael & Bin Harmal Group has announced the opening of its first boutique hotel, the four-star Cosmopolitan Hotel. The property is situated in the Al Barsha area of Dubai. Built at a cost of over $28 million, the Cosmopolitan Hotel is just minutes away from the Mall of the Emirates shopping mall and about 250 metres from the Sharaf DG metro station. Behind its discrete façade of seven floors, the property offers 114 bedrooms, 3 restaurants and a 24 hour state-of-the-art fitness centre. The hotel offers two multi-purpose meeting rooms Victory 1 and Victory 2 which can accommodate private functions for 10 to 50 guests
