The thrilling spectacle of a dozen pilots competing in the 2015 Air Race series makes its return to Budapest this July on the 4th and 5th . Flying fast and low along the banks of the beautiful Danube and having to negotiate the numerous bridges that cross it makes this location the most challenging of the series for the pilots, testing to the limit their flying techniques. An incredible 650,000 spectators watched the breath taking displays when the race was last held in Budapest back in 2009.The Hungarian capital is the most historic city on the tour and the stunning buildings and architecture make for an incredible backdrop.Widely regarded as one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Budapest is considered an important central European hub for business, culture and tourism. Following a 3 year break when there was a radical overhaul of the safety issues and engines became standardised, the event restarted last year.
