A magnificent cultural feast awaits at this year’s Salzburg Festival! From 18 July to 31 August visitors to this delightful city can expect 270 performances across 16 superb venues. Under Alexander Pereira’s artistic direction for the 3rd time Festival highlights include – a special performance of Der Rosenkavalier on 11 June to celebrate Richard Strauss’ 150th birthday – a new production of Don Giovanni – the world premiere of Marc-André Dalbavie’s specially commissioned opera Charlotte Salamon – London’s Little Bulb Theatre brings Alexander Scott’s highly original version of Orpheus and the traditional performance of Jedermann takes place in the Cathedral Square.
