1. The hotel was created by Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs, following their idea to start up in hospitality after years of staying in hotels. It was originally owned by the Class of ’92 – Gary Neville, Phil Neville, Nicky Butt, Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs, but in September 2015 a 75% share of the hotel was purchased by Rowsley, a Singapore based company in which Salford City part-owner Peter Lim has a share.

2. In June 2015 the hotel won the Business Start Up Award at the Trafford Business Awards 2015.

3. The hotel is positioned next to Old Trafford with views over looking the stadium.

4. Hotel football opened in 2015 with 133 bedrooms and meeting space to accommodate up to 350 delegates.

5. Heaven – Manchester’s most exciting rooftop event space –  a football pitch which can be hired as a corporate space for activities or to host a dinner, this space can hold up to 200 guests.
