Apex will be keeping their high standards that are offered in their smaller properties in Edinburgh and London but now on a much larger scale. The hotel are happy to offer out their restaurant exclusively for conferences during lunch, but also can double up as a relaxed breakout space offering more flexibility. The hotel is now taking on bookings for accommodation and conferences from September 2017, but beware they are booking up quickly!
