Royal Windsor Racecourse

The racecourse boasts 26 indoor meeting spaces from 2-300 people and 165 acres of outdoor space in beautiful Windsor. All meeting rooms have panoramic views of the racecourse, the River Thames and beyond. Day delegate packages start from £45 + VAT per person and if you book your Christmas Party before the 30th June 2016 they will be offering an early bird rate starting from £56 + VAT per person (minimum numbers of 100 guests). 

It is also worth booking a conference in January – March this year as they are offering a variety of rewards including complimentary tickets to the races in 2016, 10% off your next booking, 1 in 10 delegates go free, upgrade of afternoon coffee break for Afternoon Tea or a wind down drinks reception to finish the day.
