The Lalit London – A New Boutique Hotel

The bar and lounge areas are the Headmaster’s Room and Teacher’s Room retain the original wood panelling and floors, fireplaces and ceilings.  There are two restaurants, Baluchi serves a contemporary Indian menu and the Naanery creates variations on a perfect naan.  The Terrace is an outside dining area.  The hotel also has a spa and gym.

The LaLiT London is a newly opened hotel in Tooley Street, on the south bank of the Thames, between London Bridge and Tower Bridge.  It’s converted from an old Grammar School and now has 70 bedrooms.  The style of the property is a combination of Indian design in an 180-year old traditional English building.
